A few things to have ready
- Your contact details and authority to submit the property.
- The property address, expected availability and target rent.
- A description of the space and what makes it suitable for a tenant.
- At least one clear property photo. Two additional photos are optional.
Keep photos focused on the property
Avoid people, identity documents, mail, financial information and other personal records in your uploads.
